As a native of Louisiana, Vivian began her journey into the world of etiquette early on as a young "Southern Belle." Growing up in a family that highlighted the importance of good manners, she quickly cultivated an understanding of the impact etiquette can have on personal and professional relationships.

Vivian's dedication to excellence led her to pursue formal social etiquette and communication education. She studied to become a certified etiquette consultant at the prestigious Protocol School of Washington DC, where she honed her expertise in various areas, including Business, Dining, and Social Etiquette Communications.

Having gracefully accumulated over 25 years of experience in private and business settings, Vivian successfully became the founder of The Etiquette School of Louisiana, where classes were held at Louisiana State University, Shreveport, Louisiana, in the Division of Continuing Education. She has successfully guided numerous individuals and organizations toward presenting themselves with charm, grace, and poise. Whether coaching pageant contestants on the importance of poise and grace, providing churches, students in schools, private organizations, or community service organizations with effective socializing strategies, or providing guidance on proper table manners and etiquette for various events, she tailors her approach to suit the unique needs of her clients.
 
As an etiquette consultant, Vivian lives by her mantra, "Good manners are a great asset." She truly believes that good manners are more than just rules; they reflect one's character and values. Her welcoming and approachable demeanor makes her clients feel comfortable as she gently guides them toward mastering the art of courtesy and professionalism.
